CATI
The F+T Group is an independent European data collection agency with CATI centers across Europe and Latin America. Our total capacity amounts to 305 fully web enabled CATI stations.

The CATI solution is VOXCO Command Center and all programming and hosting is centralized in Germany.

F2F / POS / PROMOTIONS MEASUREMENT

Proprietary F2F / POS / Promotions Measurement field forces in Germany, Austria, Spain and Argentina.

Our CAPI system is Sawtooth. All programming is conducted centrally in Germany.

QUALITATIVE RESEARCH

All of our focus group and central facilities across Europe and Latin America, comprise large discussion and observation rooms with one way mirrors, and are fully equipped with the latest audio and video recording technology. Our moderators have many years of experience across a wide variety of research subjects and in many cases have a background in psychology. Solid recruitment combined with state of the art facilities and expert moderation warrant the quality needed.


ONLINE RESEARCH
The F+T Group owns a German online panel called “webfrager”, containing approx 38.000 profiled, active members. In addition, we continuously conduct international online research with our partners around the globe.

The online software used is “Global Park” allowing us to program in every language needed. Of course audio/visual stimuli can be fully integrated.
